Founded in the UK, Paiger provides an AI-powered marketing assistant specialized in recruitment marketing. The AI assistant can be trained to gather news, podcasts, and YouTube videos to populate suitable content, enabling the firm to approve and automatically share recruitment-related content including job postings, blog posts, company updates, and whitepapers across social media channels including Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter. The AI Assistant can also be trained to provide industry-specific alerts such as new funding rounds, senior appointments, and acquisitions to execute targeted and personalized ads. Paiger can also be integrated with hundreds of recruitment website providers from Volcanic to WordPress to extend the reach of recruitment ads. The solution also provides daily insights on campaign performance as well as lead generation for potential candidates. In addition, the firm also provides LinkedIn training and certification programs for recruiters. As of November 2022, the firm's solutions were used by 500+ customers and 4,000+ recruiters including Gattaca, Impellam Group, Randstad, and NES Fircroft. 

Funding and financials

In November 2022, the firm received a strategic investment led by Knight Capital for an undisclosed amount. The firm planned to use the funding to execute key hires in sales, marketing, and technology, doubling the size of its team over the following two years. In addition, the funding was earmarked for the launch of new product features, scheduled to be released over the following six months.
