Fleep is a web, Android, iOS, Mac and Windows app that wants to bridge the gap between ‘reply all’-style group email and enterprise messaging/IM services.  Founded by ex-Skypers, Fleep is a messaging service that fills the gap between email and various IM/texting services. They take email’s ability to contact anyone and marry it with real-time messaging.  They are based in Estonia, with offices in Tallinn and Tartu. Their services are hosted on Amazon EC2 in Dublin, Ireland.

Fleep facilitates teamwork by combining messaging, file sharing, and tasks. It merges emails and messages together into channels, and also allows users to store files and retrieve or edit messages as needed. Fleep has more than 25,000 users and also launched Fleep ID (alternative to an email address).
