Further, as in-person visits at assisted living communities were interrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of Eversound’s visitation package proved to be crucial for socially distanced in-person visits.  Care Continuity, a provider of patient navigation services, has raised USD 10 million in a funding round. The round was co-led by Empactful Capital and Viewside Capital Partners and increases the total funds raised by the company to USD 19.7 million.
