The full list of services provided by Blooming Health’s platform includes automated event reminders, surveys and check-ins, mass outreach for multiple seniors, individual and group messaging capabilities, referral management, and insights based on data secured through the platform. As of September 2023, the company provided its services in New York, Arizona, Texas, and California.
Key customers and partnerships
The company has partnered with organizations such as Catholic Charities, several Area Agencies for Aging (AAAs), New York State Office for Aging (NYSOFA), Oak Street Health, and the AARP Foundation to provide its services. The company also noted that it had planned to reach one million older adults by the end of 2024 and planned to expand its operations into Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
