Founded in 2013 by former Olympic athlete Anthonie Wurth, Mindmarker provides a learning technology that promotes learning retention and measures behavior change. This is achieved by engaging employees with short messages and activities based on learning content at specified intervals throughout their learning journey. The company claims this results in corporate training being 4x more effective. As of February 2021, Mindmarker was available in more than 40 languages and was used in more than 100 countries. In the US, Mindmarker was used by more than 30 Fortune 500 companies.
In January 2021, the company closed an oversubscribed multi-million dollar round of funding from existing investors for new product and platform development.
