Boston Dynamics builds robots that can approximate the mobility, dexterity, and agility of people and animals. Its product line comprises Spot, which has features such as superior mobility, a self-charging design, autonomous navigation and teleoperation application capabilities; Stretch, which has flexible mobility, robust intelligence, adaptable manipulation, and enhanced perception features, and Atlas, a dynamic humanoid robot. The company’s products also serve as inspection, asset management, construction, manufacturing, public safety, power & utilities, warehouse and automation solutions. The privately held company acquired Kinema Systems in 2019 and it was acquired by Hyundai Motor Group in 2021.
