The company's flagship platform, Meds 360°, aggregates and analyzes medical history data from multiple sources, including real-time admission, discharge, and transfer notifications, medical progress notes, labs, discharge summaries, and 12-month prescription fill history. In March 2023, Cureatr acquired SinfoniaRx, expanding its capabilities to include Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. This acquisition brought additional clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy interns to Cureatr's team, along with state-of-the-art call centers and proprietary software called RxCompanion. RxCompanion personalizes patient care by alerting for potential medication regimen problems using pharmacy claims, medical claims, and other sources.

In June 2024, AssureCare, a healthcare technology company, acquired technology from Cureatr and SinfoniaRx, further expanding its medication management solutions portfolio. This acquisition aimed to improve medication reconciliation, reduce detrimental drug events, and enhance adherence to medication regimens.

Key customers and partnerships

Cureatr serves health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and health systems. In July 2023, Cureatr partnered with careMESH, a provider data platform, to connect clinical pharmacists to community providers. This partnership aimed to share patient medication action plans and clinical recommendations with providers through their preferred method of delivery, including fax and Direct Secure Messaging into Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). The collaboration sought to increase the timely uptake of critical recommendations from Cureatr's clinical pharmacists and improve the value patients get from their medication regimens.
