Flyp

UK-based Flyp is a real estate assessment and sales management platform that allows users to initiate property assessment, automate renovation projects, and access agent-based property marketing services. The platform allows users to assess a property value, refurbish it, and use the support of Flyp’s agent network to market the property. It conducts property valuation and assessment based on data-driven insights and manages repairs and refurbishments on properties sold through its agent network. Flyp charges transaction fees on property sale from agents referring to the property sale. As of October 2022, the platform had sold over 175 homes and had recorded more than 4,000 property viewings through its coordinated agent network.
