Founded in 2021, UnifyTwin offers “Intelligent Industrial App Suite,” an AI-based app suite for industrial use. The company is a part of India’s Knowledge Lens, a company offering industrial internet of things (IIoT) solutions for manufacturing. Its initial iLens product was rebranded as UnifyTwin and launched as a separate company in the US.
The UnifyTwin app suite was commercially launched in May 2022. The suite includes five apps to 1) monitor energy consumption, 2) measure and manage pollution, 3) optimize yield, and 4) remotely monitor assets and also 5) an AI-based asset analytics app for predictive maintenance. The apps address pain points across the industrial lifecycle by combining human and machine interactions to generate real-time insights and recommendations to support decision-making. UnifyTwin serves several industries including pharma, chemicals, textile, energy, metals, and building materials.
UnifyTwin apps can be deployed across edge to cloud, on a subscription or on-premise basis. It also offers its own portfolio of hardware that works with the app suite. The hardware infrastructure collects data from equipment and transfers it to on-premise servers or the cloud for processing.
