Swoon Editions was temporarily placed into administration in December 2019 but was soon acquired by a new company, Swoon Editions Ltd, majority-owned and managed by the brand's founders. This acquisition ensured the continuity of the Swoon Editions brand and its in-house design team, as well as the fulfillment of outstanding customer orders.
