Jarvis ML is an AI-powered personalization engine allowing brands to personalize customer journeys to improve customer experiences. The firm was founded by a former senior staff engineer at Google, who led the development of the machine learning (ML) platforms behind Google Payments and Google Ads. The platform leverages algorithms to learn a firm’s sales, customer, and inventory patterns. This allows it to build pricing and promotion prediction models to enable the personalization of customer experiences including personalized marketing campaigns, product pricing, promotions, recommendations, and concierge services. Jarvis ML is offered as a fully managed “machine learning-as-a-service” solution where firms can integrate its JavaScript software development kit (SDK) to various customer touchpoints including websites and apps. The firm also has a team of in-house analysts to provide advisory services for deploying ML solutions to improve its performance.

The firm claims that it provides an enterprise-level ML platform that is accessible to firms of all sizes without the need for technical expertise while reducing the time taken to deploy ML capabilities by 100x.

Key customers and partnerships

Jarvis ML’s solutions cater primarily to ecommerce and hospitality brands, which include Twiddy & Company Vacation Rentals.

The firm’s platform is also integrated with leading ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) and other marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Mailchimp) in order to extend its capabilities.

Funding and financials

In May 2022, Jarvis ML raised USD 16 million in seed funding led by Dell Technologies Capital. The firm planned to use the funding to grow its R&D, sales and marketing teams, and nearly double its team strength to 40+ members by the end of 2022 in order to accelerate product development and market penetration.
