Founded in 2020, Take Two produces multiple flavors of barley milk from upcycled grains. The upcycled milk product can be purchased online and are also available at several supermarket chains across the Northwest US including Whole Foods, New Seasons, and Metropolitan Market. The company’s product is also available in Northern California and can be bought via the redistribution app Imperfect Foods.

In June 2021, the Oregon-based company also partnered with Sprouts Farmers Market, which has more than 360 stores in 23 states, to sell its product at USD 4.99 per 40 oz. bottle.

Take Two aims to save around 500,000 lbs of used grain in 2021 via its upcycled plant drink. The company expects to gradually expand its product base from plant-based beverages to ice cream, yogurt, and cheese.
