Moliving is a nomadic hospitality concept that offers fully-furnished, luxury prefabricated hotel suites or pods designed for mobility and minimal environmental impact. These modular units, constructed off-site, can be easily installed and relocated to different locations without leaving any trace on the land. Each suite, measuring around 400 square feet indoors with additional outdoor deck space, comes equipped with amenities like a bedroom, bathroom, living area, smart TVs, wireless speakers, and private bars. The eco-friendly units are self-sufficient, harnessing solar energy through rooftop panels, recycling greywater, and operating off-grid when needed.
Moliving aims to provide a sustainable and flexible solution for hoteliers and landowners, allowing them to scale room inventory based on demand across different seasons and locations. The suites can be grouped individually or in multi-level structures alongside permanent facilities like restaurants, spas, and event spaces. Moliving's first property, Hurley House in New York's Hudson Valley with 60 suites, is slated to open in Spring 2023 as a joint venture. The company plans further expansion along the East Coast, the West Coast, and internationally.
