Seawith is a South Korean startup developing cell-cultured beef products. Its first product, Welldone, is a cultivated steak created using a proprietary microalgae-based growth media and scaffolding developed from seaweed. The company intends to bring down the cost of production to USD 3 per kilogram by the end of the decade.
