Remy Robotics

Remy Robotics is a Spain-based developer of AI-powered autonomous robotic kitchens. The company’s robotic kitchen units are designed to operate in a hub-and-spoke model, where the ingredients are prepped and packaged by human chefs and sent to the kitchen units operating in smaller efficient spaces to be cooked. Remy’s kitchen units have the capacity to prepare a range of menus developed by culinary engineers. Remy’s robotic kitchens can be outfitted to a space as small as 200 square feet and can be operational within a week. Remy claims a payback period of less than two years per location. 

In November 2023 , it entered US operations with the launch of a new health-focused, fast-casual robot restaurant brand, “Better Days,” in New York City. Better Days operates under a hub-and-spoke model and enables customers to order items for delivery via third-party delivery service providers, including Uber Eats, Doordash, and Grubhub.
