Founded in 1998, WinField provides research-based solutions that cover the entire agricultural supply chain. 

The US-based company’s key technology includes data tools that help store and compare field-tested insights which in turn allows problems to be detected and each field’s yield potential to be optimized; rop tools that help monitor and forecast crop growth using satellite imagery technology; and an app called NutriSolutions specifically designed for nutrition solutions that gathers data through tissue and soil samples, allowing the app to provide quick analysis on the in-season health of fields, and also allows adjustment of crop nutrition for maximum return potential on every investment and acre. 

Similar to its peers, WinField also forges unions to extend the reach of its products and solutions. In 2019, WinField United collaborated with BASF—a global provider of agricultural solutions such as crop protection, pest control, and seeding—to make it easier for growers and retailers to access digital farming solutions across multiple platforms.
