Campaign Monitor is a platform for creating, monitoring, and automating email marketing campaigns. It also has features to automate email campaigns across the customer sales journey and can be integrated with leading content creation and ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce, WordPress, and Shopify.
Its strength lies in its intuitive platform built on a drag-and-drop model, which does not require users to have any coding knowledge.
It was reported that the firm has been profitable in every quarter since it was founded and has recorded double-digit sales growth over the past decade (2004–2014). It has also allowed the firm to self-fund its growth for a large part of its history. Since the Series A round, Campaign Monitor has gone on to acquire six firms, the most recent being the January 2019 acquisition of Liveclicker, an email personalization service.
