Parry Labs is a defense technology company that develops next-generation open architecture mission solutions for the modern battlespace. Founded in 2015, the company specializes in digital systems integration, combining open software architecture and mission-proven hardware to create a common framework for rapid capability deployment across air, land, sea, and space platforms. Parry Labs' flagship product is Stellar Relay, a family of systems providing a digital backbone and connectivity for the Multi-Domain Operations environment. The company's software-defined, hardware-enabled solutions include the Stratia computing environment, a cyber-hardened partitioned Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) framework tailored for Department of Defense service enterprises and reference architectures.

Parry Labs' Edge Compute Micro (EC Micro), the company's smallest form factor to date, offers high-density CPU and advanced GPU processing for autonomy, navigation, intelligent networking, and AI/ML applications. The company has also developed the Global Expeditionary Miniature Mission Interface (GEMMI) system, an open, high-performance, low-footprint ground control station capable of flying multiple types of Groups 3, 4, and five unmanned aerial systems (UAS). In July 2023, Parry Labs received a USD 38 million award from the US Army for the production of an expeditionary ultra-broadband, man-portable jammer system designed to protect troops against modern improvised explosions and electromagnetic threats.

Key customers and partnerships

Parry Labs has established partnerships with several key players in the defense industry. In June 2024, the company partnered with Shield AI to successfully integrate Shield AI's "Hivemind" AI Pilot on Parry Labs' EC Micro, demonstrating autonomous flight capabilities on a Kratos MQM-178 Firejet. The company has also collaborated with the US Army's Product Manager Office Endurance Unmanned Aircraft Systems to facilitate the transition and initial fielding of GEMMI for the MQ-1C Program of Record.

In April 2024, Parry Labs entered into an exclusive teaming agreement with AeroVironment to develop and integrate digital engineering, software, and mission system hardware into AeroVironment's P550 uncrewed aircraft system for the US Army's Long Range Reconnaissance program. The company has also worked with PM UAS on developing and integrating the next-generation ground control station using the USG-owned Scalable Control Interface Reference Architecture. Additionally, Parry Labs has partnered with Griffon Aerospace to provide capabilities for the Vertical Take-off and Landing small UAS platform, Valiant, as part of the FTUAS effort.
