Based in Belfast, Maine, GO Logic develops prefabricated single-family residential units that are offered on a design and build basis within a 50-mile radius from Belfast. Beyond the service area within Maine and a few other states, including New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont, the company partners with local general contractors to install houses that are delivered as complete shell packages.

The company offers 12 house models that range from 600 to 2,300 square feet at a price range of USD 165,000 to USD 609,000. The houses come with customizable options or can be made to a fully customized design. The company follows a passive house approach, where the house shell is airtight along with high-performance windows and doors which help to use as much natural ventilation and lighting as possible. 

The company reports that it uses only around 10% of the energy consumed by a conventional house. It also provides options for rooftop solar panels at the discretion of the customer. GO Logic has patented its foundation technology, which uses insulated concrete to achieve further energy efficiency. By August 2021, the company built around 112,000 square feet of houses with 20–25 design-and-build and 6–10 shell packages shipped on average per year.

As of August 2021, GO Logic had a 3,500-square-foot manufacturing facility in Waldo, Wisconsin; a warehouse in Scarborough, Maine; and its office headquarters in downtown Belfast, Maine. The company was in the process of developing a new manufacturing facility in the Belfast Airport Business Park spanning across 16,000 square feet, along with a separate 3,000 square feet of office space. The new facility was expected to be opened by late spring 2022 and was to be used as GO Logics’ exclusive premises.
