It offers employee self-service tools, automatic updates, an online org chart, customizable class structures, real-time reporting, and document storage with electronic signatures. Moreover, Employee Navigator integrates with payroll companies, ensuring that client data stays in sync with their preferred payroll system.

In March 2023, the company acquired benefits platform provider Ease. The companies are said to continue to operate separately, with Ease's features being gradually integrated into Employee Navigator's platform. The combined company is said to result in one of the biggest benefits administration and HR platforms in the US, providing support to more than 150,000 businesses, over 4,000 insurance brokers, and more than 13 million employees.
