RAZ Mobility provides assistive technology and related services to individuals with disabilities and seniors. The company offers a range of mobile devices and applications that are designed to meet the needs of individuals with hearing, vision, mobility, speech, and intellectual disabilities. Some of the products and solutions that RAZ Mobility offers are 1)RAZ Memory Cell Phone - a simple and easy-to-use cell phone for people with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s, 2) Voiceitt - a web app that uses AI to translate the speech of people with speech disabilities into standard speech that can be understood by others, 3) SmartVision 3 - a smartphone with a tactile keypad for people who are blind or visually impaired, 4) Smart Display - a device that connects to a smartphone and displays information in large print or braille for people who are visually impaired, and 5) Bamboo Mount - a mount that can hold a smartphone or tablet securely and adjustably for people with mobility disabilities.
RAZ Mobility also provides support tools, such as the Raz Care app, which helps caregivers and family remotely manage all features of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone.
In August 2024, RAZ Mobility released an update to its RAZ Memory Cell Phone. The updated version included new features aimed at reducing social isolation and improving emergency service access. The update introduced a "loneliness alerts" feature, which allowed caregivers to set a target for the number of calls the senior should participate in daily. If the target is not met, the caregiver receives a text message alert. Additionally, the update provided new options for accessing emergency services, including an emergency icon on the home screen, emergency services as a contact, and the ability to dial 911 using the keypad.
