The company has partnered with NGOs including Eden Reforestation and Plastic Bank to support their sustainable projects through the SKOOT platform. Additionally, SKOOT expanded its partnership with Eden to deliver the “1 Million Free Tree Challenge.”
In August 2023, SKOOT secured a contract with Good Energy, a British renewable energy company, to become the latter’s exclusive carbon offset partner. In September 2023, the company teamed up with Oracle GloriaFood, an online food ordering platform, to incorporate SKOOT’s Eco-Contribution to offer a sustainable dining experience. SKOOT’s customers include Aspire, Jimmy Garcia, Bupa, and Architect, among others. As of February 2024, the company had planted over 1.2 million trees.

SKOOT’s most recent funding was in September 2023 when Turquoise Merchant Bank provided a follow-on investment by Low Carbon Innovation Fund 2. This was a part of a GBP 1.1 million venture round. In July 2021, SKOOT raised GBP 331,365 in an equity crowdfunding round from Crowdcube.
