Founded in 2021, Logik.io offers a proprietary configuration engine that integrates with Salesforce CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools as well as other ecommerce solutions like ThreeKit, a product visualization platform. The platform assists sales teams in managing proposals, price quotes, subscriptions and contracts, and omnichannel selling. The company is led by CEO Christopher Shutts and Executive Chairman Godard Abel who previously co-founded BigMachines, a CPQ driven platform that was later sold to Oracle in 2013. Subsequently, Godard founded another CPQ company called Steelbrick, which was sold for USD 360 million to Salesforce in 2016.
In December 2023, the company announced the beta launch of Cosmo AI, which claims to be the first AI solution for CPQ and Commerce, featuring Cosmo FunctionAssist, a Gen AI rule-writing assistant for simplified configuration administration.
Funding and financials
In May 2023, the firm raised USD 16 million in a Series A funding round led by Emergence Capital. The round follows its USD 10 million seed funding round led by High Alpha in November 2021. The company intended to use the funds for product development as well as to support its go-to-market strategy in 2022.
