Wisq is an AI-powered coaching and career development platform designed to support managers and employees in workplace settings. The platform uses a combination of proprietary algorithms, along with LLMs from OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic, to deliver personalized guidance and coaching. Available via browser, iOS, Android, desktop, and Slack, Wisq provides real-time guidance, expert advice, and coaching to managers in the flow of work. The platform securely analyzes team feedback, assessments, company content, learning materials, and prior conversations to deliver tailored advice to each user.

As of April 2024, Wisq offers features including personalized coaching, automated content ingestion, calendar-aware nudges, actionable insights, workflow integration with Teams and Slack, team feedback capabilities, and company-wide insights for HR teams. 

The platform operates on a per-seat SaaS subscription basis, making coaching accessible to organizations of all sizes.

Wisq's platform has been used by several notable organizations. FICO implemented the platform across their 3,500-person globally distributed company to strengthen relationships and facilitate cross-team connections. Torch adopted Wisq to help employees connect beyond their immediate teams.

As of 2024, Xevant has partnered with Wisq to leverage its hyper-personalized coaching capabilities for its management team.
