Zoog offers an app that allows users to create and share videos with loved ones, where users can read stories, sing songs, and more with augmented reality masks, filters, sound effects, and animations. Intended to help elders communicate better with children, Zoog’s app is designed to capture and help retain children’s attention.
Zoog offers a library of dozens of stories, songs, educational activities, and jokes that users can choose from, additionally allowing users to create their own versions for more personal communications. The app also publishes its own stories written by Zoog’s authors, who are professional writers and storytellers. Zoog automatically applies the best effects and music to users’ videos to make the app as easy to use as possible.
The company operates on a freemium basis, where the app is free to use with basic functionality; however, there are in-app purchases for additional content.
