Extended Reality?

Oomii (formerly known as Horuseye Technology) creates AR near-eye display solutions using laser beam scanning (LBS) direct retinal projection technology. The use of LBS allows multiple focus depths, helping to solve the vergence-accommodation conflict faced by AR displays.

The company has created multiple AR prototypes from 2020 to 2023, which include AR glasses and AR head-mounted-displays.

Key customers and partnerships

In October 2022, Oomii became a member of the Laser Scanning for Augmented Reality (LaSAR) Alliance to drive the growth of AR technology through advances in state-of-the-art laser beam scanning solutions.

Funding and financials

In December 2021, Oomii raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding.
