Based in Israel, NeoLogic is a developer of processors using Quasi-CMOS technology. Its patented Quasi-CMOS technology, NeoMOS, reduces the transistor count of digital cores by up to 3x. This leads to a 50% reduction of power dissipation, 40% area saving, and up to 3x better performance-per-watt. Its products are not generally available but it does license some of its IP blocks to selected partners.

Funding and financials

In July 2023, NeoLogic raised USD 8 million in seed funding led by Maniv Mobility. It aimed to use the new funds to further develop its technology and expand its team.
