These reminders can be sent to anyone, regardless of whether they are subscribed users of the platform.

These features enable organizations to track and evaluate supplier performance against agreed-upon KPIs and identify potential risks throughout the contract lifecycle. In July 2018, DocuSign acquired SpringCM, which aimed to enhance electronic signatures and assist in preparing, signing, managing, and executing agreements, indicating the growing importance of contract management software in the industry.
