The company operates two ownership structures consisting of 1/8 and 1/12 ownership split homes. The 1/8 split homes consist of 2 to 8 owners and each owner can hold 1/8 to ½ of the ownership. Owners holding 1/8 ownership will be entitled to over 45 nights of residence per year and owners holding ½ of a home will be entitled to over 180 nights of residence per year. The 1/12 split homes consist of 2 to 12 owners and each owner can hold 1/12 to ½ of the home’s ownership. Owners holding 1/12 ownership of a home will be entitled to over 30 nights of residence and owners holding ½ will be entitled to over 180 nights of residence. Ember manages the home residency based on a prior schedule and additional residency will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
