 Aembit, a company that specializes in nonhuman identity and access management (IAM), recently raised USD 25 million in a Series A funding round. The round was spearheaded by Acrew Capital and saw participation from Ballistic Ventures, Ten Eleven Ventures, Okta Ventures, and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund.
 The capital raised will be channeled into improving Aembit's nonhuman IAM solutions. These services perform the crucial role of securing access between workloads, such as clouds, SaaS, and data centres.
 Aembit conducted a survey that shed light on the state of nonhuman identity credentials in organizations. It found that 30% of the organizations store these credentials as code, while 23% communicate them through email and chat. Interestingly, over 60% of the respondents expressed a desire for a comprehensive solution for managing nonhuman identities throughout their organizations.
