Zoho, founded in 1996, is a Chennai-based cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. It offers applications for CRM and ones to support other areas such as customer service, finance, marketing, and HR. By September 2021, Zoho had served more than 60 million users across over 180 countries. In 2005, the company introduced Zoho CRM, a CRM solution focused on growing businesses and enterprises. It has since developed over 40 apps to support other business functions such as customer service and marketing, which in 2017 were bundled together with Zoho CRM to create a unified cloud software suite called Zoho One.In May 2020, Zoho launched Bigin, a small business-focused CRM with mobile-enabled features to support prospect engagement, pipeline management, data and security management, and deal closures. Bigin can be integrated with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zapier as well as with apps developed by Zoho, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow. As of September 2021, Bigin was priced at USD 7 per user/per month billed annually and it supported over 7,500 small and micro-businesses worldwide.
