The company experienced significant growth, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, as customers were drawn to contactless delivery options. By February 2022, RenoRun had expanded its operations to serve six markets across Canada and the US, including Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Montreal, and Washington D.C. However, in May 2023, RenoRun faced significant challenges and was forced to shut down its operations. The company entered an insolvency process and began pursuing the sale of its assets through Quebec courts.
