Its AI-powered platform enables 30-second quotes and automated insurance validation, with integration capabilities for HR systems and applicant tracking platforms.

Jove offers two main products within the business liability segment: Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Professional Indemnity Insurance provides financial protection against claims of professional errors, regulatory breaches, or service delivery failures. The coverage extends globally, allowing contractors to work with clients worldwide while maintaining protection. Public Liability Insurance covers incidents where contractors or their representatives cause injury or damage to third parties or their property. Both products operate on a monthly subscription model, with the unique feature of maintaining coverage for work completed even when policies are paused between contracts. 

Established insurers, including Chubb, Hiscox, Accelerant, and Great American Insurance Group, underwrite the company's insurance products. Its platform integrates with global HR systems, enabling automated insurance validation during contractor onboarding processes across 136 countries.

Key customers and partnerships 

In December 2024, the company partnered with Great American and State National Insurance to expand its US operations under Jove Technology US, enabling it to offer API-driven insurance solutions with real-time pricing in the American market.

In November 2023, the company partnered with Deel, a global HR platform, to validate automated insurance across 136 countries. The integration allows automatic insurance checks during contractor onboarding and enables contractors to purchase missing insurance coverage through Deel's platform.
