Mosey

Mosey is a platform that helps firms manage compliance with hiring remote workers, payroll, and tax. Mosey integrates with payroll providers and government agencies to help companies open employer and tax accounts automatically in multiple locations, while informing them of the payroll, registration, and tax requirements in each location up front, and facilitates management of ongoing payroll, tax, and reporting compliance. Further, US-based companies can hire remotely by leveraging Mosey's database of reporting requirements for all 50 states.

Funding and financials

In August 2022, Mosey raised USD 18 million in a Series A funding round led by Canaan. The fresh funds were expected to be used to expand Mosey’s team, scale the platform, and establish new partnerships.
