Mavenir is a cloud-native network infrastructure provider specializing in software solutions for telecommunications networks. 

Mavenir’s product portfolio includes solutions to utilize and optimize 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network usage, including a 5G signaling solution, a Converged Packet Core solution for multi-generational networks, a cloud-native IMS, an AI- and machine-learning-powered network automation solution, and a network-as-a-hosted-service solution to deploy 4G/5G products and applications.

In March 2022, Mavenir launched a SaaS-based business communications portfolio that included customer engagement, business messaging, a communications platform as a service, unified communications as a service, and a contact center as a service. The portfolio was designed to serve communication service providers, channels, or system integrators. 

Key customers and partnerships

As of November 2024, Mavenir served 300+ communication service providers in 120+ countries, including T-Mobile, Ice Norway, Rakuten, and Paradise Mobile.

In June 2024, Mavenir partnered with NVIDIA and AWS to launch a GenAI Operations Co-Pilot platform that automates network troubleshooting and improves service-level agreements for communications service providers. The platform leverages large language models trained on network performance indicators to predict and address network issues, reportedly resulting in 40% improved operational efficiency.

In the same month, the company achieved an industry-first 5G Open RAN REDCap demonstration on the Boost Mobile network in collaboration with Qualcomm and EchoStar.
