In addition to the SUD Home program, Wayspring provides population-based SUD management services by collaborating with health plan partners across multiple states. Key customers and partnerships

In July 2022, Wayspring launched its SUD Home program in partnership with Highmark Health Options, serving over 10,000 eligible adult members with SUD diagnoses across the state of Delaware. The program utilizes Wayspring's analytics platform and local teams to support the medical, behavioral, and social needs of Highmark Health Options members.

Another notable partnership was announced in February 2022 with CareSource, a nonprofit health plan. Wayspring's SUD Home program was initially rolled out to eligible Medicaid enrollees in 25 counties in central Indiana, aiming to provide comprehensive support throughout the treatment and recovery process for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Wayspring has also secured partnerships with health plans across eight states, with plans to expand its SUD Home services to two new states in 2024.

In May 2024, Wayspring announced a capital raise led by CVS Health Ventures, with existing investors Valtruis, HLM Venture Partners, and .406 Ventures also participating. The investment aims to further expand the reach of Wayspring's SUD Home program within its current states and into select new markets.
