 The data storytelling startup Vizzu raised USD 1.5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Interactive Venture Partners Fund and Two Sigma.
 Vizzu’s animated data storytelling tool is set to continue its development from the funds. This tool, currently in beta, allows users to convert their data into animated narratives, featuring AI-enabled functions to allow access to data storytelling on a wide scale.
 The tool is aimed to make data storytelling accessible even beyond the reach of well-trained data visualization specialists. Following the funding, Vizzu has increased their team to 15 people and integrated its animated charting engine into an easy-to-use SaaS platform.
