Holistic AI provides an AI governance platform that helps enterprises adopt and scale AI systems responsibly. 

The company offers four key products:

1. AI Governance Platform: Enables organizations to direct, manage, and monitor AI activities across their operations, ensuring adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance standards
2. AI Safeguard: Designed to build guardrails for LLMs, including malicious prompt detection and hallucination mitigation
3. AI Tracker: Maps and monitors existing and emerging AI legislation across industries globally
4. AI Audits: Conducts audits of enterprise AI systems to assess bias and efficacy, alongside regulation-specific assessments

Through its platform, organizations can assess their AI systems' risk levels through a Red-Amber-Green dashboard that examines inherent risks based on the technology used and deployment context. 

In October 2024, Holistic AI launched an open-source library called “Holistic AI OSL,” which offers tools for eliminating bias and improving explainability in AI applications. The library includes over 35 bias metrics across five machine learning tasks and 30 bias mitigation strategies, along with capabilities for model explainability, robustness testing, and security enhancement. The platform allows companies to map risks, generate custom reports, and receive recommendations for implementing relevant safeguards.

In June 2024, the company joined NVIDIA Inception, a program supporting AI startups with technological resources.
