Intelity offers a guest experience platform for hoteliers that is integrated with more than 120 software and hardware systems, customizable to meet specific hotel needs. Its guest experience solutions include two main components: Mobile Guest Experience and Smart Room Solutions. The Mobile Guest Experience features mobile check-in/out, mobile keys, messaging, mobile dining, and service requests. Its Smart Room Solutions include smart-room tablets that provide access to digital menus, room temperature control, and lighting control. As of 2021, Intelity charged a monthly subscription of USD 2–USD 10 per room.
Intelity’s B2B revenue management solutions include its Staff Operations Hub (comprising features such as ticketing, content management, and business intelligence, among others) and its Integrations Cloud (allowing PMS, POS, and ticketing integrations).
As of February 2023, the company was in the process of publicly launching its cloud-based R5 platform, which combines guest experience solutions such as one-click mobile check-in, ID capture and verification, and mobile-based shared key access with B2B revenue management solutions.

Notable hoteliers using the platform include Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Novotel Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Serena Hotels, and Palace Resorts.
Intelity partnered with the following companies: hospitality operations software provider, Unifocus, to allow guest requests submitted on the company’s R5 platform to be routed directly to on-premise teams (December 2022); ID verification provider, Incode Technologies, to allow guests to verify their ID during check-in through the Intelity mobile app (June 2022); and voice-based solutions provider, Volara, to provide guests with contactless voice commands for service requests via Amazon Alexa (July 2021).
