Portnox

Portnox is a cloud-native security provider offering network access control (NAC), endpoint security, and IoT security solutions primarily for mid-market organizations. The company provides the cloud-native security platform Portnox CLEAR, which enables customers to implement access control, authentication, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and enforce compliance. Portnox CLEAR works with most antivirus and firewall providers, offering integrations with network hardware and critical security tools such as Active Directory as well as security information and event management (SIEM). The platform automatically detects and gathers data on unauthorized devices gaining access to the corporate network, which is then used by administrators to create multiple sets of access rules to block malicious network requests. The platform also identifies and automatically remediates threats in a system based on the rules set by an organization.

As of February 2022, the company served nearly 1,000 organizations globally and had offices in Israel, the US, and the UK. Notable customers include Databricks, Absolute Care, Roivant Sciences, and the University of Denver.

In January 2022, Portnox raised USD 22 million in a Series A funding round led by Elsewhere Partners. The funds were expected to be used to accelerate global market penetration among mid-market companies after establishing a new headquarters in Austin, Texas, and to expand its operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams based in North America.
