#paid operates as a creator marketing platform that serves as a hub for collaboration between brands and creators. The platform provides simplified processes for securing usage rights, standardized pricing, automated contracting, and easily manageable terms.

The platform features Handraise™, a module that matches a brand’s requirements with suitable creators for their campaign, following which creators can pitch their campaign concepts for review by brands. Other platform features include 1) automated reminders for creators and brands to track when content is ready and when it'll go live,  2) success managers who support creators and brands to develop and execute campaigns, and 3) an analytics dashboard to review metrics measuring the success of a campaign. 

In May 2023, #paid unveiled its Creator Content Usage Rights feature, which lets brands acquire rights to creator content for use across various marketing channels, including out-of-home, print, in-flight, cinema, broadcast, in-game, online video, display, virtual reality, and paid social media. As such, the platform centralizes the process of purchasing creator content usage rights.

For creators, this tool ensures fair compensation when their content is employed beyond social media platforms and provides an avenue for generating passive income long after content creation. Additionally, it addresses the historical vulnerability of creators to content misuse, alleviating the burden of managing legal processes and tracking and monetizing usage rights, which have often resulted in exploitation. For brands, #paid's Creator Content Usage Rights product streamlines the negotiation and management of contracts by offering standardized pricing and effectively tracking its usage, allowing brands to use creator content at scale. 

#paid also has a Partner Program that allows agencies to reap a range of benefits such as preferred subscription prices and exclusive training, resources, and support from dedicated managers across all their clients. Moreover, partners can participate in the Partner Commission program, which rewards them for every new customer they bring in. Additionally, #paid actively seeks opportunities to introduce partners to relevant leads within their network, facilitating business growth. 

#paid's does not charge membership fees from creators. Collaborations are conducted across various social networks, but it is necessary for creators to possess a public profile and meet certain follower requirements such as  having at least 5,000 Instagram followers or being listed on the TikTok Creator Marketplace. Additionally, #paid seeks creators with an average engagement rate above 1.5%.

The platform features guaranteed payments for the creators at specific milestones such as 50% upon accepting the collaboration, 25% upon the brand's approval of the post (50% if the content isn't going live), and 25% after the post is live. Key customers and partners

Noteworthy customers of #paid include Fortune 500 companies such as Phillips Hue, Unilever, and Sephora, which use the platform to drive their campaigns and engage creators for business expansion.
