Roper Technologies (Roper) is a diversified company that designs, manufactures and distributes radio frequency (RF) products and services, industrial technology products, energy systems and controls and medical and scientific imaging products and software. Roper markets these products and services to selected segments of a range of markets, including RF applications, medical, water, energy, research, education, software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based information networks, security and other markets. The Company operates in four business segments: Medical and Scientific Imaging, Energy Systems and Controls, Industrial Technology and RF Technology. On December 1, 2011, Roper acquired 100% interest of Trinity Integrated Systems Ltd. (Trinity). On September 26, 2011, Roper acquired 100% interest of United Controls Group, Inc. (UCG). On June 3, 2011, Roper acquired 100% interest of NDI Holding Corp. (Northern Digital).
