Airgram

Airgram is a video call transcription service that offers advanced agenda templates and features that can be used to streamline customer interactions, automate meeting invites and reminders, and track meeting outcomes. The app also lets users review video call recordings, skim important information via AI-based entity extraction, view the meeting agenda with an on-screen timer in meetings, and create and share clips from past calls. Airgram is widely used by customer success teams, marketing agencies, academics, and non-profit organizations to manage different types of meetings, including customer onboarding sessions, interviews, seminars, virtual board meetings, and team meetings, in one platform.

The platform was launched in Japan in 2021 under the brand name “Notta,” and as of August 2022, has ~500,000 unique customers from various types of companies such as tech companies, airlines, universities, hospitals, insurers, and law firms. Airgram uses a subscription-based business model, which includes a freemium plan, with paid plans starting at USD 8.99 per month per user.

Airgram is compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, with plans to integrate with Zapier.

Funding and financials

In August 2022 , Airgram raised USD 10 million in a Series A funding round led by GL Ventures. The fresh funds were expected to be used for Airgram’s expansion into North America.
