Incorta is an open data delivery platform that simplifies access to data from complex enterprise systems, enabling organizations to unlock the full value of their data for analysis. The platform offers a direct data approach that eliminates the need for traditional data warehousing and ETL processes. Incorta's technology uses direct data mapping to preserve the original structure of source data, allowing real-time analytics on transactional data commonly found in ERP systems. This approach enables users to analyze data without pre-aggregation or pre-calculation, significantly reducing the time and complexity typically associated with data preparation.

The platform integrates data acquisition, storage, analysis, visualization, and reporting into a single solution. It supports multiple workloads through a built-in Spark engine, including Big Data processing, data enrichment, and machine learning. Incorta's query engine allows ultra-fast data querying, enabling users to perform complex analyses on large datasets efficiently. The platform also incorporates AI and machine learning functionalities, as seen in the Incorta X release announced in January 2024, which includes features such as an AI assistant for dashboard creation, Machine Learning Notebooks, and a Query Accelerator for complex queries.

In July 2022, Incorta reported that it had doubled annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 1H 2022 compared to 1H 2021, and even surpassed its total FY2021 ARR in the first of the year. The company also reported it had doubled its customer growth rate in the same period and disclosed growth in its partner ecosystem.
