Eserv operates a SaaS platform called "AS-TEG" aimed at transforming how customers manage complex industrial assets. The platform offers a contextualized digital twin, allowing easy access to as-built, designed, and integrity data from anywhere in the world. This capability helps clients cut down on onsite survey and inspection costs.
AS-TEG enhances operator capabilities and reduces risk throughout the entire lifecycle of assets. It includes tailored workflows for various engineering functions, with some automation features. AS-TEG can also accommodate experts with specialized domain knowledge. The company claims a 70% proven reduction in surveys and associated costs.
Key customers and partnerships
Eserv has partnered with Neptune Energy in April 2023 and August 2020 to focus on developing digital twins for platforms in the Dutch North Sea and digitalizing assets like the Cygnus gas platform in the southern UK North Sea. Additionally, Eserv signed a five-year deal in May 2022 with an independent oil and gas company in Africa to deploy AS-TEG digital twin technology, aiming to lower on-site carbon footprint and optimize workflows. Furthermore, partnerships with BP and Repsol Sinopec UK in August 2019 aimed to enhance Eserv's as-built data platform, reducing dependency on onsite surveys for visual, dimensional control, and verification.
Funding and financials
In January 2023, the company received an undisclosed sum as an investment from Vespa Capital LLP. The funds were earmarked to continue to drive international growth, augment the team, and further expand the capabilities of AS-TEG.
