Everbloom is a creator accelerator platform that assists creators in obtaining initial funding to progress their careers. The company provides its own financial investments to support creators they have confidence in and also enables individuals to invest in YouTubers similar to investing in startups. In return for sharing their future earnings, creators receive upfront capital, expert guidance, and various services to enhance their growth, such as insights into licensing and distribution, shorts editing, optimizing thumbnails, and exploring new revenue streams.
Individuals can invest in YouTubers on the platform by purchasing a YouTuber’s token. When individuals purchase a creator's token, they will be entitled to receive a predetermined portion of the earnings generated by that creator's YouTube platform within a specific contract duration. The distribution of revenue shares occurs on a quarterly basis. Investors can also unlock exclusive perks and community access and contribute to future projects.
Creators who wish to sign up on Everbloom will have their channels reviewed to gauge if they qualify for the accelerator program and upfront investment. Everbloom’s selection process begins by considering the creators' plans for using the provided funding. Additionally, they analyze various aspects of the creators' channels, such as video quality, revenue generation, and other relevant factors assisted by a deep-learning model.
Everbloom will propose an investment value for the creators who qualify and then transfer the funds and provide assistance in developing their channels. The investment value may be 1x–5x of their annual income. Creators can choose what percentage of their revenue they will share and for how long. Generally, creators are expected to share between 10%–25% of their revenue over 1–3 years.
