Vivace International Corporation (Vivace) is an aerospace engineering company that supports space exploration and spaceflights by delivering spaceflight systems, engineering services, support equipment, and precision tooling.
This includes supporting commercial launch vehicles, spacecraft, and hypersonic atmospheric vehicles by offering integration spaceflight components, including propulsion elements, avionics and power systems, communication components, environmental control systems, crew systems, tubing, plumbing, and wiring. Vivace also develops cryogenic propellant tanks, friction stir welded pressure vessels, and Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs).
Under engineering services, Vivace conducts configuration, concept development, designing, and analysis services for spacecraft launch vehicles. Vivace’s hardware support includes integration and assembly equipment, completing transportation systems with load isolation and environmental control, and test support for electrical and mechanical equipment.
Vivace supports its internal hardware manufacturing programs with in-house developed precision tooling and also offers its precision tooling development to customers for the design, analysis, and fabrication of tooling for external programs.
Key customers and partnerships
In June 2021, Vivace signed an agreement with NASA to operate in the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Vivace was also chosen by NASA to run systems engineering and control the interfaces between NASA and its commercial partners for delivering cargo to the International Space Station through the Commercial Orbital Transportation Systems (COTS) and Commercial Resupply Systems (CRS) programs.
The company has also worked on programs involving the ESA and European space companies.
