Impossible Foods claims its product tastes like cow’s milk and functions (froth, cook) like cow’s milk. Velike!, a German dairy-free milk brand, has launched a new refrigerated oat milk range called NOT M'LK. The range includes 1.5% and 3.5% fat versions, which come in one-liter returnable glass bottles. NOT M'LK is made from oats sourced from farms in Germany and is free from lactose, soy, sugar, and coconut fat. Despite this, it claims to have the same vitamin and calcium content as cow's milk. Velike! also produces organic and vegan milk, cooking cream, and ice creams using oats sourced from the Black Forest and surrounding regions of Baden-Wurttemberg.
