The company has released innovative products like Automated Prior Authorizations and Revenue Intelligence. The former identifies scheduled patient visits requiring authorizations and notifies billing teams about approval status, mitigating denials and saving time. The latter delivers predictive analytics and alerting to drive better financial and operational outcomes through AI-powered anomaly detection and corrective recommendations.

Key customers and partnerships

In February 2023, Adonis announced a partnership with ApolloMD, a leading clinical outsourcing services organization treating millions of patients across the US. The collaboration aimed to stabilize revenue collection, automate opportunities, reduce administrative burden, and eliminate preventable insurance denials at scale for ApolloMD's partner physician groups.

Later in 2023, Adonis formed notable partnerships with US Dermatology and Baptist Health South Florida, further amplifying the scale and diversity of its platform's adoption.

By mid-2024, Adonis worked with over 10,000 providers across various specialties, processed tens of millions of claims totaling over USD 13.3 billion in charges, integrated with over 35 different EHRs and clearinghouses, and worked with nearly all payers in the US.
