The Unstructured SaaS API facilitates the transformation of data for document preprocessing without the need for custom code. The API has the capability to process more than 20 different natural language file types, converting them into data ready for LLMs and enterprise-level data connectors. These data connectors include support for Azure Blob, Microsoft's OneDrive, Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3, Google's Cloud Storage and Drive, Dropbox, and Elasticsearch. Pricing is based on consumption, with a specific rate per hour of compute.

The company has received Phase I and II Small Business Innovation and Research contracts from the US Air Force and Space Force. Unstructured Technologies also lent its services to the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), which led to the creation of the first independent system using an LLM in conjunction with critical data for the US armed forces.
